“During my graduation, I came into contact with Nijhuis Group for a project. I took the Mechatronics course at Graafschap College. The great thing about the company is the freedom you get and the responsibility you are allowed to take.

I get to help shape Nijhuis Group 2.0. I am completely released from the daily operations to work independently and continuously on making the current production process smarter and more efficient. To be able to add more value, I am now doing the advanced course #smartindustry at the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
 
Being in daily contact with the schools in our area feeds us with the latest technological developments. This is very pleasant, instructive and it provides many insights and advances. There is still plenty to do and that is why a new group of graduates will start again next school year!”
