“In the more than 11 working years within our company, I have taken many steps. As a junior metalworker, I was apprenticed to the experienced craftsmen. I didn’t have much in the way of training back then. From a young age, I was often told that I had better get practical training. You believe that.

However, my dream was to engineer. When your employer sees you doing it, it gives you confidence. In 2019, I gathered all the courage to do Level 4 Middle Level Engineering. Passed in one go! Now I take care of projects independently and my practical experience ensures, that I can properly assess their manufacturability. This is proving to be immensely valuable.”
