“Over four years ago, I came to work for Carolien. I had been working through temp agencies for some time before that and finally I got a permanent job again. I enjoyed working for the first few years.

Lately, I noticed that working intensively with colleagues was starting to break me down. Due to my limited hearing capacity, it takes a lot of effort for me to follow everything. So working cost me more and more energy. I didn’t realise this myself at first, and it was my colleagues who noticed it before I did. By allowing their help and discussing this openly, room for change was created. I have been helped from job to job and started in my new position with great pleasure!”
