“Last year, our production and construction staff went through the SME Idea development process as part of lifelong learning. The team was developed by Gelders Vakmanschap on social skills such as cooperation and communication. Then I wanted a blueprint of the members of the management team and two work planners, in order to use it to make a future plan for the company. In the OOM newsletter, I read a story about the Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) aimed at leadership. That was exactly what I was looking for.”
