Core values Nijhuis Group

The Nijhuis Group’s core values can be summarised as ‘Growing Together Honestly’. They have also been defined by our colleagues themselves. These values contribute to our growth. By actively observing them, it is clear to us which behaviours we value and which we do not. This creates sustainable relationships.

Growing Together Honestly

We hold each other to our core values. We live them. We convey them in all our meetings and communications with our relations.

This means that we:

  • be open and honest in all situations;
  • be respectful in our attitude and behaviour;
  • actively contribute to our team and thereby build trust;
  • continuously develop ourselves as a company and as individuals so that we grow.

Growth mindset

All colleagues are growing. We do this through our learning organisation, or growth mindset. Thus, we facilitate internal and external training.

For example, we focus on:

  • lifelong learning;
  • finding a good work-life balance;
  • paying attention to health and well-being
  • coaching on attitude and behaviour;
  • picking up new work so that everyone becomes all-round employable.
